offer our clients. We continue to review our quality management system to ensure it always conforms to the NIS ISO 9001-2000 international standards. We pledge to

HEALTH, SAFETY AND ENVIRONMENT POLICY

AMBROKAH INVESTMENTS LIMITED incorporates Health, Safety and Environment standards and policies to its overall management system. We continue to strive towards a healthier and safer environment for all our employees and the communities in which we operate. As such, we deliver quality service with an unyielding commitment to environmental and human safety.

The management is committed to doing this by ensuring that HSE are an integral part of our operations and by encouraging our personnel to develop a keen awareness of desired HSE for human life, protection of environment and property. In connection to this, our technical employees are exposed to a competence HSE program.

AMBROKAH INVESTMENTS LIMITED monitors trends and changes that might affect its risk profile. Our offices and Vessels are all certified under the International Safety Management (ISM) code and (ISO 18001: 2007).exposed to a competence HSE program.

We also believe and have consistently demonstrated that safety is a mechanism that can lead to increased productivity and reliability. A very strong safety culture exists within AMBROKAH INVESTMENTS LIMITED. This is perpetuated and encouraged by
initiatives led from the very top of the organization. Management and staff are fully
committed to aim at zero accidents while taking note of near-misses.

LOCAL CONTENT POLICY

AMBROKAH INVESTMENTS LIMITED attaches an enormous importance to the
Nigerian Local Content Policy. Our aim is to use the special skills of our foreign
partners to mobilize local endowments, generate employment and income and
develop long-term technological and managerial capabilities for our people and host
communities. We usually work out periodic training program with our foreign
partners to ensure that our people progressively acquire the requisite skills and
competencies for our operations. Consequently, young OND/HND graduates
engineers are given the best training to excel in assigned duties thereby providing
local content in project execution.
